Businesses providing a prize/service to the value of $500 or more towards the Bribie Island Wedding Package giveaway will receive a sponsorship listing PLUS a 10% discount off their expo stand cost. Bribie Island Weddings Pty Ltd will also provide full wedding co-ordination in the prize.

I consent to video footage, photos and other images provided by my company or those taken on the expo day of my above mentioned company to be used for a variety of public relations, communications and promotional activities, including publications, social media, websites and advertisements, for an undefined period of time, in the promotion of Bribie Island Weddings Expo. I understand that any video footage, photos and other images supplied or taken at the Bribie Island Wedding Expo may be shown in a public environment.

I confirm that all images supplied by my company have prior consent of the couples in the images and photographer that the provided can then be used with no further authority needed.

Payment

Please note: All invoices are to be paid in full within 7 days of invoice date. Stands will only be confirmed and secured once payment is received in full. Due to the limited number of stand allocations in each category, for categories that fill, a wait list will be held. Should we not receive your registration form and requirements in full or final payment by due date Bribie Island Weddings Pty Ltd reserves the right to re-sell the stand to the next supplier on the list. All deposits and monies paid are non-refundable, with the exception of cancellation of the event.
